Taking over the overgrown plot in Sept 18 Much work needed! Weeds cleared – rotten boards for raised beds need replacing Shed built! First plants in – broad beans. Oct 18 Boards around beds replaced Time to build fruit cages In go the gooseberries & currants First fruit cage is built – Dec 18 Just needs some netting… Bulbs coming up – March 19 First early potatoes – March 19 Second fruit cage built! March 19 Beds filling up with young plants – April 19 Busy plot with young plants Apple trees planted Sun heats up – cages built to protect plants from pigeons! May 19 Peas & beans doing well.
