- Amendment to the Constitution:
The Chair summarised the proposal to change clause 23: (Banking) in SPAA’s constitution. Details of the proposal and reasons for the change had previously been sent out to all members. After debate, it was unanimously agreed to change the requirement for a cheque book account to an ‘online bank account with written approval from at least 2 committee members.’
The motion was agreed by 14 members, including votes from the following members, allowed by email prior to the meeting: Bev -Plot 14; Peter Day-Plot 11; Fiona- Plot 29; Chris and Peter- Plot 15; Amy- Plot 25.
The Secretary will let all members know via the newsletter.
The meeting ended at 8.30pm
